A Blood Type B - Inch 6

Blood Type B

Inch 6 - Organic Food

As a Type B, you carry the genetic potential for great malleability and the ability to thrive in changeable conditions. Unlike blood types A and O, which are at opposite ends of every spectrum, your position is fluid, rather than stationary, with the ability to move in either direction along the continuum. It's easy to see how this flexibility served the interests of early Type B's who needed to balance the twin forces of the animal and vegetable kingdoms. At the same time, it can be extremely challenging to balance two poles and Type B's tend to be highly sensitive to the effects of slipping out of balance.

When the toxic foods are avoided and replaced with beneficial foods, Blood Type Bs are very successful in controlling their weight.

Therefore, eliminating toxins (like those found in non-organic foods is beneficial to B's as much as it is to an A or an O.

Millimeters (Tips)

1. Choose one meal each day to make organic. (Breakfast is usually the easiest. Suggestions for gluten free, organic breakfasts are scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit and yogurt. Or venture out and buy a gluten free muffin, organic muffin mix or pancake mix. Make them ahead of time so that they're an easy "grab" in a pinch.

2. Make it your goal to be completely organic within one month. Habits are created in 21 days. Order one of our Meal Plans for a week to help you with meal ideas.

3. Amazon is a great place to find organic foods and have them shipped straight to your house. Costco has many organic foods as well. Whole Foods, Sprouts and Trader Joe's are our favorite picks for local grocery stores. However, if you don't have these near you, shipping dry goods from Amazon and picking up whatever organic produce your local grocery has are great alternatives. You can also visit local farmers markets for organic produce.
