A Blood Type B - Inch 3

Blood Type B

Inch 3 - No more chicken!

Type Bs should avoid chicken. Chicken contains a Blood Type B agglutinating lectin in its muscle tissue. Although chicken is a lean meat, the issue is the power of an agglutinating lectin attacking your bloodstream and the potential for it to lead to strokes and immune disorders.

Millimeters (Tips)

1. Since chicken isn't normally a breakfast food (unless you're running through Chick-fil-A drive through) - you really only have to worry about lunch and dinner. Try to make it your goal to go 48 hours at a time without chicken in a meal. Plan ahead and plan 2 lunches and 2 dinners that do not have chicken or gluten. Go here for ideas: Blood Type B Meal Ideas.

2. Make it your goal to be chicken-free within 1 month.

3. Replace your chicken dishes with turkey. Casseroles that normally call for chicken can all be substituted with turkey.

4. Eggplant and beans/legumes are great sources of protein and great replacements for a "mean dish" instead of chicken. Other foods that encourage weight loss are green vegetables, eggs, beneficial meats, and low fat dairy.
